Novakid is an international online English school for children developing an AI-driven education product.
What you will do
•Develop and maintain the visitor personal account and key funnel stages from landing page visits to booked lessons.
•Own end-to-end attribution, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking for visitor-to-lead and visitor-to-booking flows.
•Build server-side integrations with advertising platforms such as Meta CAPI and TikTok Events API.
•Write and debug backend code in Python and Node, including endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering.
•Support A/B tests through rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup.
•Investigate production incidents with Sentry and optimize public page performance using Core Web Vitals.
Requirements
•3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React.
•Independent backend development with Python and Node, including endpoints, caching, and SSR debugging.
•Practical experience with analytics and tracking, including GTM, event tracking, and server-side conversion delivery.
•Ability to trace data from clicks to analytical reports and identify tracking losses.
•Product mindset focused on metrics and hypotheses.
•English proficiency sufficient for working in an international environment.
Nice to have
•GDPR and consent mechanism implementation on public websites.
•Headless WordPress experience.
•End-to-end testing with Playwright or Cypress.
•SQL and BigQuery experience for independently validating hypotheses.
•CDN and edge caching experience, including CloudFront or similar tools.
