About the Role
You will build production agents and extend their capabilities through prompts, tools, orchestration, models, and MCP integrations. You will design backend systems for asynchronous creative generation, develop quality evaluations and monitoring, and own features from user discovery through production support.
Requirements
•Backend engineering and production-systems experience
•API, cloud infrastructure, storage, and asynchronous-processing fundamentals
•Agent development, prompts, tools, execution logic, and evaluation experience
•Full-stack engineering capability including frontend delivery
•Product judgment and communication
•HTTP, WebSocket, and asynchronous-worker familiarity
Responsibilities
•Build production agents using prompts, tools, orchestration, models, and MCP integrations
•Design and operate backend systems for asynchronous creative generation and long-running tasks
•Develop evaluations and live quality monitoring for image and video outputs
•Own features from user discovery and prototyping through shipping and production support
