Responsibilities
•Develop products and support companies in the insurance industry through digital business innovations and technologies
•Help improve clients' speed, scalability, and cost efficiency
•Learn Spring Boot, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, and Redux through a structured onboarding plan
Requirements
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, or natural sciences
•Hands-on project experience with Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages through university projects, internships, personal projects, or professional experience
•Understanding of Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and backend development concepts
•Experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development
•Understanding of database design principles and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
•Familiarity with testing practices, Git, and modern development tools
•Analytical skills, problem-solving patterns, and contextual knowledge
•Structured and logical approach
•Clear communication skills and ability to understand clients and teams
•Ambition to create solutions, an entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for software development and exploring new technologies and programming concepts
Nice to have
•Experience with CI/CD, design systems, or reusable web components
•Knowledge of UI5 web components
