Задачи:
•Develop new features and enhance existing HRIS functionality
•Build backend components using Java and Spring
•Develop and modernize user interfaces with Angular
•Participate in the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to production release
•Take ownership of testing and verify solutions using a shift-left approach
•Work with relational databases and SQL as part of product development
•Contribute to planning, estimation, code reviews, and other Agile team activities
•Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and other AI tools to improve development quality and productivity
Требования:
•3+ Years of professional software development experience
•Hands-on full-stack software development experience
•Strong knowledge of Java and Spring
•Experience developing frontend applications with Angular or React
•Understanding of modern web application architecture and development practices
•Quality-focused mindset and ownership of testing
•Ability to work effectively within a distributed Agile team
•Willingness to use modern AI tools in day-to-day development
Nice to have:
•Experience with relational databases and SQL
•Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL
•Experience developing multi-tenant cloud SaaS solutions
•Familiarity with HRIS platforms or other human resources technology products
