Responsibilities
•Build accessible, performant, and reliable UI components for millions of users across multiple markets
•Use AI development agents to solve technical tasks faster, maintain codebase health, and reduce repetitive boilerplate work
•Keep component documentation, type definitions, and test suites up to date for human teammates and AI agents
•Write comprehensive tests, lead code reviews, and debug production issues, focusing on user experience, web performance, and application architecture
•Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to turn product specifications into engineering tasks and user interfaces
•Participate in internal engineering learning sessions and adopt best practices for AI-driven frontend development
Requirements
•Integrate agentic tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot into the daily development workflow
•Review, test, and refactor AI-generated code and take accountability for code quality, security, and performance
•Have hands-on proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js or React Router, and Node.js
•Provide clear constraints, component boundaries, and context to AI agents
•Use automated testing, including Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or E2E testing, to prevent regressions
•Understand frontend systems end to end and embrace a "you build it, you run it, you own it" philosophy
•Communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and share AI tips and prompt/context strategies with peers
