Carla is building an online platform for buying and selling electric cars, aiming to make the process safe, convenient, and transparent.
Задачи
•Develop and maintain internal tools and applications for operations, including inspection, workshop planning, and quality control, primarily using TypeScript and React
•Deliver end-to-end solutions when needed, including work on the Go backend
•Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve engineering speed, quality, and impact
•Improve the codebase to make it easier to understand, test, maintain, and evolve
•Manage technical debt by refactoring code and improving existing systems
•Build software in a cross-functional team with UX design, product, and engineering
•Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality, clarity, and maintainability
•Lead by example and empower colleagues
Требования
•5+ Years of experience as a frontend engineer
•Solid software architecture fundamentals
•Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React
•Backend development experience or a strong interest in solving problems full-stack
•Curiosity and pragmatism in using AI-assisted development tools, from planning and execution to reviews, and in shaping the codebase, tooling, and guardrails for quality work by AI agents
•Good communication skills and a collaborative, product-minded approach
•Enjoy discussing technical and UX solutions
