MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform that combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver psychiatric care in the United States. Its technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning to help providers focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain product features end-to-end, from requirement refinement to production release
•Take ownership of existing Angular codebase areas, understand them, stabilize them, and improve them without slowing the roadmap
•Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and create lightweight design documentation
•Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and platform health, including performance, framework upgrades, NX monorepo structure, and CI/CD improvements
•Drive AI adoption by building frontend features for AI-powered products and integrating AI tooling into the development workflow
•Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and tooling across the community
•Develop ideas, take them through discovery and development, ship them, and own results after launch
Requirements
•At least 3 years of commercial experience with Angular; experience with the latest versions is preferred
•Experience owning a product end-to-end, including analyzing metrics to assess its performance
•Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to identify and improve interactions
•Fluency in modern Angular, including standalone components, signals, current change detection, and DI patterns
•Advanced RxJS and TypeScript experience in production, including designing and debugging complex reactive flows and working in strictly typed codebases
•Expertise in designing and implementing complex Angular application architectures at scale, including module and component boundaries
•Hands-on experience with unit testing as part of the daily routine; Vitest is preferred and Jest is acceptable
•Daily hands-on experience with agentic AI development, including coding agents, writing effective skills, prompts, and instructions, understanding agent principles, and structuring code and documentation for agents
•Comfort working across the backend boundary, including writing or fixing SQL queries, adjusting endpoint validation, and tracing issues through the API layer
•Intermediate English (B1+) and fluent Russian
•Able to work with full overlap with CET working hours
•Must be comfortable defining what to build, taking ownership through discovery and development, and owning results after launch; fully specified ticket queues and a PM/BA translating everything are not provided
•Candidates who view AI coding agents as a novelty rather than a core part of modern frontend work are not a fit
