# Founding Software Engineer (AI)

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year plus equity

RIVVI is building an AI workspace and infrastructure platform for healthcare organizations, combining chat, files, artifacts, teachable memory, voice, text, inbound communication, and write-back capabilities.
What you will do
•Build and deploy end-to-end features across frontend interfaces, APIs, data layers, and infrastructure.
•Design, configure, dispatch, and analyze AI agent workflows, including workspace tools, voice and outreach features, scheduling, and post-conversation data pipelines.
•Build client-facing healthcare dashboards and internal tools for campaign management, patient engagement, monitoring, and real-time visibility.
•Develop reliable APIs, queues, data pipelines, and event-driven services that scale with product usage.
•Automate campaign orchestration, scheduling, notifications, data processing, monitoring, and agent configuration.
•Shape product and architecture decisions directly with the founders.
Requirements
•4+ years of software engineering experience.
•Experience working across the stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and APIs.
•Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including Lambda, S3, SQS, and DynamoDB or similar services.
•Experience building or integrating AI- and LLM-powered features.
•Strong understanding of data flow across queues, databases, and event-driven systems.
•Product mindset with a focus on user needs, not only implementation.
Nice to have
•TypeScript and Node.js experience.
•Startup experience and comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
•Experience scaling systems and preventing reliability issues during growth.
•Healthcare, fintech, or compliance-heavy industry experience.
•Experience with internal tooling, developer platforms, or workflow orchestration such as Step Functions or Temporal.
