We're building a technology-driven company operating in crypto markets, with a focus on proprietary trading and market making. This is an early-stage opportunity to join at the ground level and help shape the product and engineering culture.
Applicants must be based in Europe or Asia.
Responsibilities:
•Build a new platform from the ground up
•Make foundational architectural and technical decisions
•Own significant parts of the product and infrastructure
•Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into production systems
•Help shape the engineering culture and team as the company grows
•Grow alongside the company as it scales
Requirements:
•Strong experience with Solana / crypto
•Professional experience with Rust
•Strong experience with TypeScript
•Ability to work independently and make pragmatic architectural decisions
•Comfortable operating in an early-stage, highly autonomous environment
