What you will do
•Design and deploy AI agents for voice, chat, email, and workflow automation.
•Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows connecting LLMs with enterprise data.
•Integrate Voice AI, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, telephony APIs, enterprise platforms, and external systems.
•Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
•Deploy and optimize AI applications for real-time performance, scalability, and reliability.
•Collaborate with product teams and enterprise clients to take AI solutions from prototypes to production.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
•Strong programming skills in Python or another backend language.
•Hands-on experience building LLM applications, AI agents, or RAG systems.
•Experience integrating external APIs and backend services.
•Exposure to Voice AI, conversational AI, or real-time communication technologies.
•Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks.
•Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
•Experience with Twilio, WebRTC, or other telephony APIs.
•Experience with OpenAI, Llama, or other LLM APIs.
•Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems.
•Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•Experience with multilingual AI systems or Arabic language models.
•Experience building customer-facing AI products.
