About the Role
You will support customers through technical sales, onboarding, and escalated issue resolution. You will provide architectural recommendations and proofs of concept, investigate configuration and performance problems, coordinate with internal stakeholders, relay customer feedback, create technical documentation, and deliver customer training, webinars, and demos.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
•3+ years of professional software development experience
•Problem-solving skills
•Familiarity with AI inference, fine-tuning, LLM applications, or agentic systems
•Communication skills
•Located in the APAC region
•Successful completion of a background check
•Eligibility to work in the United States
Responsibilities
•Participate in customer sales meetings and provide architectural recommendations
•Build proof-of-concept solutions to support customer onboarding
•Troubleshoot and resolve critical or complex customer technical issues
•Use code analysis, scripts, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes
•Communicate with customers and internal engineering, sales, supply, and product management stakeholders
•Assist support with escalated tickets and collaborate on workarounds or bug fixes
•Address GPU server-related issues with the infrastructure team
•Relay customer and support feedback to inform product improvements
•Create and maintain technical documentation
•Deliver training sessions, webinars, and demos
