Your mission will be to provide strategic support to management and lead financial operations at a key time of growth and transformation for the group.
Responsibilities
•Lead, supervise and enhance the daily work of the current finance team, coordinating accounting, tax and finance across the BIG Group ecosystem.
•Ensure maximum speed in delivering reports, financial closes and tax obligations, managing departmental timelines with high speed and efficiency, and verifying that all deliverables reflect accurate information with the utmost technical rigor and alignment with business reality.
•Maintain the company's financial stability and ensure the smooth operation of the organization during this coverage period.
Requirements
•Established experience in Finance Manager, Head of Finance or Senior Financial Controller roles, with proven experience leading teams.
•Strong organizational skills, results orientation and resilience to work to tight deadlines with a high level of rigor and speed.
•Ability to start immediately to take on the coverage role.
Nice to Have
•Previous experience working in consulting firms or audit firms, bringing agile methodologies and a process-oriented approach focused on strict deadlines.
