Задачи:
•Develop study budgets for proposals and change orders for ongoing projects
•Manage study budgets throughout clinical projects, including maintaining project finance information in internal systems, preparing accrual reports, and requesting invoices
•Develop sponsor agreements and change orders, and prepare payment schedules
•Set up and maintain project-specific timesheets in the internal system
•Reconcile actual and budget costs regularly
Требования:
•College or university degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
•At least 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting
•English at CEFR C1 level
•Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and advanced MS Excel skills
•Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
•Ability to communicate with all involved departments and sponsors
•Ability to produce accurate and timely information and reports
•Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks
•Ability to train others
