Would you like to be the hub of an operation working with the company's protected individuals? Executive Security is looking for a driven and structured Executive Security Coordinator who wants to contribute to the planning, coordination and development of our security efforts. You are responsible for coordinating and planning personal protection resources, travel, meetings and high-level events. The role involves close collaboration with the company's protected individuals, management assistants, security functions and external suppliers. This is a central role within Executive Security where you get the opportunity to influence the operations and work closely with company management and other key functions in an international environment.
Main Duties
•Coordinate operational assignments and resources
•Plan security arrangements, meetings and travel
•Support risk assessments and security analyses
•Coordinate external suppliers and consultants
•Handle administration, reporting and follow-up
•Contribute to the development of the Executive Security function's working methods
Your Profile
To succeed in the role of Executive Security Coordinator, you are a structured person with strong administrative skills. You communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and build trusting relationships. High integrity and good judgment are important for this role. You are a flexible person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who:
•Has experience in security work, operational activities or coordination
•Is fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
It is advantageous if you have experience in personal protection, travel and event planning, security work in an international environment, or a background from the police, defense, or other security operations.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security protection regulations in force at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security clearance placement, this may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
