Here, your role will be:
•Act as a technical reference in the evolution of Treasury's operational controls, ensuring efficiency, quality and risk mitigation of processes;
•Develop and implement automation, data processing and analysis solutions mainly using Alteryx, in addition to Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, among other analytical tools;
•Build and monitor indicators, metrics and dashboards to track operational performance and support decision-making;
•Perform analyses of large volumes of data to identify inconsistencies, deviations, operational risks and improvement opportunities;
•Lead continuous improvement initiatives, global and local projects for process simplification and transformation, promoting efficiency and scalability gains;
•Work on operations reconciliation processes, ensuring the integrity and quality of information;
•Support management in defining and tracking critical metrics for monitoring the stability of operational processes;
•Work in partnership with Operations, Products, Technology, Transformation, Risks and Audit areas to implement improvements and structural solutions;
•Contribute to spreading the data culture and to developing solutions that increase productivity and reduce operational risks of the area.
Essential Requirements:
•Completed higher education;
•Solid experience in Technology, Backoffice, Operational Control, Treasury or related areas in large financial institutions;
•Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, Databricks and Power BI, applied to data analysis, manipulation and automation;
•Knowledge of investment products and the financial market;
•Experience in creating, monitoring and improving operational indicators and controls;
•Experience in automation projects, operational transformation and continuous process improvement;
•Strong analytical capacity, critical vision and problem-solving orientation;
•Ability to translate business needs into data-based solutions.
Desirable Requirements:
•Experience with Treasury products (Fixed Income, Derivatives, Capital Markets);
•Experience with reconciliation of financial operations and operational controls;
•Experience in technical leadership of projects and multidisciplinary initiatives;
•Intermediate or advanced English or Spanish.
