What we are looking for
•Solid experience and seniority in the credit market, preferably in financial institutions;
•Broad view of the credit business and the ability to connect different products, indicators and performance dimensions;
•Deep knowledge of the main credit and profitability indicators, including PDD, portfolio, NPL and Stage 3;
•A highly analytical, investigative profile with the ability to turn data into insights and business narratives;
•Ability to move between detailed analyses and an executive, strategic view;
•Experience with Databricks and programming for data analysis and processing;
•Strong command of PowerPoint, with the ability to build high-quality executive presentations;
•Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas and levels of the organization.
Nice to have
•Spanish, considering the area's interaction with teams in Spain.
