We are growing above average and are looking for YOU to strengthen our Customer Service team. You are communicative and feel at home in the IT world? The goal: resolving customer inquiries, providing competent support, and testing and documenting new modules and releases using modern AI-supported tools. Your place of work is Bergheim bei Salzburg.
Responsibilities
•Receiving and processing customer inquiries (IT tickets) in the field of accounting
•Problem analysis and error identification as well as finding solutions
•Acting as the interface between customers and internal departments, especially development
•Applying internal AI tools to support analysis and support processes
Profile
•HAK degree or university of applied sciences (FH) degree, or at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting/bookkeeping
•Understanding of software and business processes
•Enjoyment of dealing with customers by phone and good verbal expression skills
•High team and communication skills
•Flexibility and resilience
•Interest in modern technologies as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with AI-supported tools and processes
Desirable: IT skills (including SQL and programming know-how) as well as detailed knowledge of business processes in accounting (e.g. open item lists/AVZ, cost accounting and basic bookkeeping processes).
