Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.
As Manager, Quantum Security, you will build, scale, and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to preparing Everpure's™ flagship FlashArray and FlashBlade storage products for the post-quantum era. Operating at the intersection of software engineering, product security, and technical program execution, you will establish the team's operational model and lead a risk-based roadmap to remediate non-quantum-safe cryptographic usage across core platform layers. You will act independently to determine methods, procedures, and cross-functional alignment across EMEA, U.S. and APJ engineering hubs while safeguarding your team's focus time. If you are a collaborative engineering leader eager to guide top technical talent through an industry-wide security evolution without needing to be the deepest cryptographer in the room, this role offers an extraordinary platform for impact.
Responsibilities
•Build and Scale High-Performing Talent: Hire, mentor, and directly lead a dedicated engineering team of software and MTS engineers, establishing clear technical boundaries, ownership models, and professional development pathways.
•Drive Cryptographic Discovery & Inventory: Lead the end-to-end audit and validation of non-quantum-safe algorithms, libraries, and implementation patterns across FlashArray and FlashBlade operating system and backend layers.
•Architect a Risk-Based Remediation Roadmap: Translate technical discoveries into prioritized remediation and upgrade roadmaps, managing dependencies, product impact, and execution timelines in collaboration with Core OS, Product Security, and platform engineering teams.
•Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Lead technical discussions, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and maintain seamless collaboration channels across EMEA, U.S. and APJ engineering groups to drive cryptographic modernization without unnecessary coordination overhead.
•Provide Executive Strategy & Visibility: Synthesize complex security readiness metrics, resource requirements, and risk profiles into concise status updates and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
•Engineering Leadership & People Management: Proven experience managing software engineering teams, with a track record of hiring, coaching talent, establishing operational structure, and driving technical accountability.
•Complex Systems & Platform Delivery: Strong technical background in backend software engineering, operating system internals, systems architecture, or platform infrastructure, paired with the ability to deliver on multi-team initiatives.
•Technical Judgment & Ambiguity Navigation: Demonstrated ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs with domain specialists, synthesize expert input into clear technical decisions, and structure ambiguous initiatives into actionable milestones.
•Product & Feature Delivery: Track record of shipping complex, customer-facing products through the full development lifecycle using pragmatic Agile practices to improve team focus, transparency, and delivery predictability.
•Cross-Functional Influence & Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build trust, align distributed global teams (including cross-regional collaboration between Europe and the U.S.), and influence technical roadmaps across organizational boundaries.
•We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
