Tasks
•Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Supply Chain Management)
•Analyze customers' business processes and propose optimal automation solutions using D365 SCM
•Set up and configure D365 SCM modules according to customer requests
•Train users to work with the system and conduct presentations and seminars
•Develop and maintain project documentation
•Provide technical support and resolve issues and questions
•Collaborate with developers and other specialists to implement requirements and fix errors
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM
•Knowledge of basic supply chain management business processes
•Skills in setting up and configuring D365 SCM modules
•Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
•English proficiency at least at the B2 level
Will be a plus
•Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
•Experience with other ERP systems
