About the Role
You will manage and optimise paid social and programmatic display campaigns across UK and EMEA markets. You will oversee budgets, targeting, tracking, reporting, AI-assisted workflows, and structured testing to improve acquisition outcomes.
Requirements
•At least one year of hands-on paid social or display experience
•Experience managing Meta budgets and at least one of Reddit, LinkedIn, X, or TikTok
•Experience with display or programmatic platforms or willingness to develop this skill
•Knowledge of campaign structure, audience targeting, and bidding
•Knowledge of CM360 conversion tracking and Conversions API integrations
•Experience using AI tools to improve reporting workflows
•Data literacy and experience working with large datasets
•Proficiency with reporting and data aggregation tools and dashboarding
Responsibilities
•Set up, manage, and optimise paid social and display campaigns
•Manage campaign pacing, budgets, and bidding
•Manage display placements, frequency, and brand-safety controls
•Adapt targeting and creative for UK and EMEA markets
•Report on customer acquisition cost and first-trade performance
•Support audience segmentation using first-party data and a customer data platform
•Support conversion tracking and Conversions API integrations
•Build performance dashboards
•Use AI tools to automate reporting and generate insights
•Run testing across creative, audiences, bidding, and landing pages
•Use performance data to improve creative assets
