What you will do
•Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory alignment.
•Lead IT risk management, controls, and continuous control improvement.
•Coordinate audits and regulatory examinations.
•Oversee third-party and vendor lifecycle management, contracts, and performance.
•Define governance KPIs and reporting.
•Partner with Risk, Legal, and Procurement while leading the Technology Governance and vendor management teams.
Requirements
•Bachelor's of Science degree from a four-year college or university in IT, Business, Risk, or a related field.
•Ten years of experience in governance, risk, or vendor management.
•Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
