Our mission is reflected in the system – flexible, unified, and hassle-free for users.

•Scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
•Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application-related issues.
•Ability to work with existing and legacy systems and improve them incrementally without introducing unnecessary operational risk.
•Good written and spoken English.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Practical, hands-on approach to infrastructure operations.
•Comfortable combining day-to-day infrastructure work with DevOps engineering tasks.
•Willingness to support existing systems rather than focusing exclusively on new technologies.
•Ability to understand an existing system before proposing significant changes.
•Ability to identify repetitive manual work and automate it where appropriate.
•Pragmatic approach to technology selection and infrastructure improvements.
•Ability to introduce improvements gradually, with appropriate assessment of operational risks.
•Ability to collaborate with system administrators, developers, QA engineers, and software architects.

•We value respect, transparency, proactivity, openness and positive approach.
•We do care about our team's mental health and happiness, following an open-door policy and accepting constructive feedback from both sides.
