Responsibilities
•Together with our DevOps team, you are responsible for operating our 24/7 infrastructure and continuously developing it further.
•As an infrastructure expert, Linux is your passion. You live the DevOps culture, and "automate it" is your guiding principle.
•You are the point of contact for our employees regarding their workplace.
•You evaluate and introduce new technologies.
•You support and advise our teams on the feasibility, performance, and security of services.
•You independently handle incidents and investigate the causes of disruptions.
Requirements
•Please note that a work permit for Germany is required for this position.
•German - business fluent (C2), English - fluent (C1)
•Completed degree in IT or technical vocational training
•Extensive professional experience in administering Linux systems
•Comprehensive knowledge of modern web, application, and database servers
•Experience in database administration
•Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switching, routing), firewalls, and load balancing
•Knowledge of IT automation
•Confident use of scripting languages such as Python and Bash
