We seek a DevOps Engineer to join our team, responsible for DevOps strategy, governance and tooling standardization, CI/CD pipeline and environment governance, and AI-assisted DevOps practices. Responsibilities
•Drive DevOps strategy, governance and tooling standardization, ensuring consistent practices across platforms and teams.
•Govern CI/CD pipelines and environments, promoting reliable, secure and repeatable delivery processes using GitLab CI.
•Develop AI-assisted DevOps practices to improve automation, operational efficiency, engineering quality and team productivity.
•Manage application-level resources within OpenShift projects, including configmaps, secrets, access and configuration changes.
•Support release management and Azure resource operations while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
•A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, along with relevant experience in DevOps and platform engineering.
•Hands-on experience with Argo CD, Ansible Automation Platform and GitLab CI for automated software delivery and operations.
•Hands-on experience managing application resources within OpenShift projects and virtual machines, including troubleshooting and access.
•Working knowledge of SQL and Azure, including resource group contributor activities and management of cloud resources, with experience supporting release management, entitlement management and production-oriented DevOps operational processes.
•Strong communication skills with English at C1 level and Spanish at C2 level, supporting effective cross-team collaboration.
