Responsibilities
•Manage and ensure the stability of application production environments, providing both technical and functional support within an Agile and DevOps framework.
•Provision and configure necessary infrastructures, platforms, databases, and middleware, including network openings and security certificates.
•Execute technical testing, such as performance and recovery tests, and implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
•Actively participate in incident resolution, data recovery, and configuration management, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
•Oversee operational stability by managing batch processes, file transfers, patch management, and addressing obsolescence and compliance issues.
•Proactively identify areas for improvement, proposing and sharing best practices within the team.
Requirements
•Solid professional experience of at least 3 years in SysOps/DevOps engineering, with proven expertise in application production support.
•Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and Windows operating systems, application servers (Apache/Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss), and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
•Proficiency with industrialization and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform, and scheduling tools like Autosys.
•Experience in designing technical solution architectures, deploying/packaging software on Linux/Windows, and migrating applications to new infrastructures or cloud platforms.
•Demonstrated ability in technical incident analysis, including Java log analysis, connectivity issues, and performance troubleshooting.
•Fluency in French and a good practical knowledge of technical English for effective communication in a dynamic environment.
•Alignment with the corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued; strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
