What you will do
•Oversee staffing progress for open positions across assigned business units or skill areas.
•Identify priority positions and coordinate staffing with recruiters, delivery managers, account managers, resource managers, internal mobility specialists, and staffing coordinators.
•Develop and execute staffing plans for current and new opportunities, including creative solutions such as project rotations.
•Validate demand with business stakeholders, clarify requirements, and support new demand through EPAM's resourcing capabilities.
•Represent business priorities in staffing and location planning, escalating and resolving complex staffing issues.
•Track open demand, maintain accurate bench reports and data, and ensure staffing processes are followed.
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in IT or recruitment.
•Understanding of modern IT landscapes, including major technology stacks, programming languages, and frameworks.
•Strong communication skills, including presenting complex issues, resolving conflicts, and working with mixed audiences.
•Flexibility, stress tolerance, attention to detail, ownership, and commitment to quality in a dynamic environment.
•English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to have
•Hands-on experience in recruitment or internal mobility.
•Experience working with clients in pre-sales, account management, or business development.
