Задачи
•Diagnose operational problem areas and identify solutions using data
•Design experiments and influence decision-making
•Drive operational efficiency with the Workforce Management (WFM) team
•Optimize resource allocation by creating accurate scheduling and intraday forecasts
•Simplify forecasting processes
•Build and support KPI dashboards
•Conduct root cause analysis to improve SLAs
•Explore cost optimization opportunities
•Manage the capacity plan framework
•Enhance the WFM data pipeline
•Uncover data-driven insights to refine planning, scheduling, reporting, and intraday management
Требования
•5+ Years of experience in a data science or analytics position
•Experience building forecasting models and conducting time series analysis using Prophet, SARIMA, Holt-Winters, or similar
•Experience in Cost Analysis and What-if Scenario Analysis
•Deep knowledge of statistical packages in Python or R
•Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large data sets
•Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
Nice to have: Experience using ML for forecasting, experience working with ML engineers or an ML platform, building data pipelines using Airflow or similar tools.
