Responsibilities
•Building candidate generators and ranking models for search and recommendations (actively using LLM-generated labeling)
•Contributing to ML infrastructure: not just designing features, but also writing pipelines for feature computation and training data collection
•Training content embeddings for multiple languages and finding ways to extract signal in cold-start conditions
•Adapting search and recommendation technologies for different languages by developing multilingual NLP models
Requirements
•You're more interested in building the product end-to-end than in improving individual models
•You're ready to work on features end-to-end — not just training models, but also doing research, writing production code, and more
•Experience in search, recommendations, or ad tech
•Other experience with high-load DS services
•Strong academic background with knowledge beyond ML — solid Computer Science fundamentals
