The AI/ML team applies quantitative thinking to practical, ambiguous problems in a zero-to-one startup environment.
Задачи
•Develop practical data science and AI solutions using quantitative and engineering skills
•Use agentic AI coding tools in the daily technical workflow
•Take ownership of work in an early-stage setting where problems and priorities can change quickly
Требования
•Five or more years of relevant technical experience and an engineering or quantitative background, such as AI, machine learning, software engineering, mathematics, or data science
•A quantitative degree from a highly selective university, a mathematics PhD, or equivalent depth of mathematical rigor
•Experience as an early startup hire, ideally among the first 15 employees, and the ability to work effectively in a zero-to-one environment
•Daily hands-on use of agentic AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent
•Strong practical problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity
•Prior retail or fresh-produce experience is not required
•Willingness to work in a high-intensity, always-on environment
Условия
•Annual salary range: €70,000 to €110,000
•Visa sponsorship is available
•Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate
