Solflare is a crypto wallet platform with around 4 million monthly active users and over $20 billion in digital assets secured. Founded in 2021, it is building a gateway to Web3 that gives users control over their assets and supports financial independence.
Задачи
•Gather and prepare data from databases, APIs, event tracking tools, and spreadsheets, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and relevant to business questions
•Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes that collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse
•Manage and improve data infrastructure using cloud services such as GCP, ensuring high availability and low latency
•Automate data workflows, monitoring, and quality checks to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability
•Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to meet data needs from ingestion through analysis
•Ensure data is secure, well-documented, and accessible
•Build and optimize data systems that power product insights and decision-making
•Design scalable pipelines, improve data infrastructure, and make reliable data accessible across teams
•Help shape how the team models data, designs systems, and works together
Требования
•7+ Years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role dealing with large-scale data systems
•Proficiency in Python, especially for building data processing pipelines
•Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data orchestration
•Experience with modern data warehouse technologies such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar
•Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL databases
•Practical experience with cloud services for data storage, compute, and orchestration
•Familiarity with Git and data CI/CD workflows for versioned, testable data deployments
•Experience integrating AI tools into engineering workflows
•Solid experience using Excel or Google Sheets for quick analysis and pivot tables
