Tasks
•Design end-to-end data architecture for process mining solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with project objectives
•Define data engineering standards, best practices, and technical patterns for data pipelines, integration, and modelling
•Lead technical solution design for process mining implementations, including architecture choices, data flows, and technical dependencies
•Drive continuous improvement of data engineering practices, data quality controls, and technical documentation across process mining solutions
•Mentor engineers and support technical decision-making through expert guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
•7+ years of experience in a similar position
•Advanced expertise in process mining data architecture and technical solution design
•Proficiency in Celonis EMS, PQL, Data Integration, Data Modeling, ETL, OCPM/MCP, SQL, and Python
•Experience defining engineering standards and best practices
•Advanced English proficiency at C1 level
•BSc degree in Management, IT, Project Management, Finance & Banking, or Business
•Nice to have: Celonis Data Engineer or Data Analyst certification
