Description
We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise integrations across Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SAP, event-driven platforms, and cloud services. You will play a key role in delivering high-volume communication solutions, enterprise connectors, and modern integration services that support thousands of users across the business. Responsibilities
•Develop and enhance Microsoft Teams applications and integrations.
•Build and maintain Teams app functionality using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and backend services.
•Support large-scale Teams app deployments through Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID groups.
•Improve release management and deployment automation for Teams applications.
•Design reliable notification services, including message queuing, delivery confirmation, and user installation handling.
•Create engaging Adaptive Cards for notifications, approvals, and user interactions.
•Implement resilient user experiences during maintenance windows and service outages.
•Develop and enhance enterprise email services using Microsoft Graph APIs.
•Manage high-volume email delivery while ensuring compliance with throttling limits.
•Build reusable email templates with branded HTML and attachment support.
•Provide delivery tracking, audit trails, and reporting capabilities across communication services.
•Develop reusable enterprise connectors and integration services.
•Build scalable event-driven solutions leveraging messaging platforms and cloud technologies.
•Implement schema validation, retry mechanisms, dead-letter queues, and fault-tolerant integration patterns.
•Support integration with SAP systems and enterprise data platforms.
•Create shared libraries and frameworks for integration reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Requirements
•6+ years of experience in Back-End Development or Integration Engineering.
•Strong experience with Go (Golang) or another strongly typed programming language.
•Hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Teams Apps and Bots in production environments.
•Experience with Teams App Manifests, Conversation References, Proactive Messaging, Adaptive Cards.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph APIs, particularly email integrations.
•Experience with Graph API throttling, retry mechanisms, and permissions management.
•Working knowledge of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
•Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including application registrations and authentication models.
•Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
•Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run and Pub/Sub or similar messaging solutions.
•Experience with either SAP integrations (OData, RFC/BAPI, BTP), or Kafka and Schema Registry implementations.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
•Passion for building reliable, secure, and scalable integrations.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, operations, and platform teams.
