Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications using Generative AI technologies.
•Build and optimize AI Agents, Copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
•Develop and maintain RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise AI assistants.
•Integrate AI capabilities with business applications, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
•Work with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
•Implement prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring capabilities for AI applications.
•Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify AI opportunities.
•Contribute to architecture decisions and AI best practices across the organization.
•Support the continuous improvement of AI platforms, frameworks, and development processes.
•Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Requirements
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
•Fluent (mandatory)
•3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
•Experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments
•Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or RAG solutions
•Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure
•Strong programming skills in Python
•Experience with SQL and working with enterprise data sources
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
•Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
•Knowledge of AI Agents, orchestration frameworks, and tool-calling patterns
•Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI platforms
•Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems
•Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization of LLM-based solutions
•Experience deploying and operating AI solutions in production environments
•Knowledge of software engineering best practices, testing, CI/CD, and version control
•Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
•Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
•Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration frameworks
•Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
•Experience with vector databases and semantic search solutions
•Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
•Knowledge of MLOps and AI observability tools
•Experience with enterprise productivity ecosystems such as Microsoft 365
•Experience with Snowflake or modern data platforms
•Azure certifications related to AI or Cloud technologies
