Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour shifts, evening shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

What you will do
•Build, maintain, and update recurring sales performance, KPI, pipeline conversion, lead, opportunity, and loss-reason reports.
•Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting cycles.
•Track individual and team performance for Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
•Maintain and improve CRM dashboards and reporting tools.
•Analyze sales trends, conversion metrics, cohorts, lead-source effectiveness, sales activation, and pipeline health.
•Identify gaps and anomalies, respond to ad hoc requests from Sales Leadership, and provide data-based recommendations.
Requirements
•1–3 years of professional experience.
•Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and procedures.
•Experience designing metrics and data marts.
•Hands-on experience with BI tools.
•Ability to analyze business processes and CRM data.
•Fluent Russian and English.
