Responsibilities
•Evaluate potential acquisition targets against investment criteria
•Assess corporations to identify viable carve-out opportunities
•Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure the accuracy of KPIs and dashboards
•Conduct market analysis of new verticals and geographies to support expansion
•Identify and map software M&A advisors, from global firms to boutique consultancies
•Research and assess third-party data sources, industry lists, and trade conferences
•Assist with due diligence, including market analysis, contract review, and competitor research
•Support Business Development Executives and Group Leaders with specialized research projects
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
•Fluent in English and German
•Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity
•Interest in software and technology sectors
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate data from multiple sources
•Solid understanding of research methodologies and M&A origination processes
