Задачи
•Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize global rider engagement
•Redesign the courier payment framework to improve operational metrics by modeling factors such as vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
•Analyze large datasets to identify trends, drivers, and optimization opportunities
•Own the experimentation process by designing, running, and analyzing A/B and switchback tests before global rollouts
•Monitor strategy performance, track KPIs, assess effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
•Understand and address local and regional rider needs
Требования
•Degree in Engineering, Maths, or another STEM field
•2+ Years of experience in a data analytics role, translating insights into business actions and measuring their impact
•Strong technical proficiency
•Advanced SQL for complex querying and data extraction
•Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data orchestration
•Experience with Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Ability to break down ambiguous and complex problems into manageable steps
•Ability to explain complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders
•Fluent English
•Organized, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
•Nice to have: experience designing or analyzing A/B tests or other statistical testing methodologies
