About the Role
iCapital provides platform solutions that support technical implementation, client integration, data delivery, and custom workflows for partners.
Responsibilities
•Support projects focused on technical implementation and client delivery
•Work with complex data models and large datasets to support client integration and reporting needs
•Acquire, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL, Python, Excel, or comparable tools
•Validate and transform data from multiple sources, including CSV flat files
•Define and implement basic ETL pipelines using AWS services where applicable
•Generate custom client reports from aggregated data and business requirements
•Translate business and functional requirements into platform configurations
•Lead platform configurations to achieve client business outcomes and Target Operating Models
•Manage SSO, SFTP, and ETL setups to ensure secure and efficient data transfer
•Guide clients in workflow design and process definition
•Support test case definition and manage execution for client onboarding
•Learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform
•Identify issues and areas for improvement from a business-to-technical perspective
•Collaborate with senior management on new opportunities and strategic initiatives
Requirements
•Academic and/or professional qualification in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field
•A Master's degree is mandatory
•Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
•Familiarity with AWS services and basic ETL pipeline design
•Experience with data modeling and relational database structures
•Proven ability to manage fast-paced projects and different client stakeholders with attention to detail
•Strong work ethic and a high degree of accountability
•Ability to quickly learn new business operations, processes, and procedures
•Initiative, passion, willingness to roll up one's sleeves, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese
