•Help develop data-driven strategies for top games, influencing product roadmaps, features, and monetization
•Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams
•Design A/B tests and build predictive models to assess and forecast outcomes
•Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards
•Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines while promoting data literacy and experimentation best practices
Требования
•Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
•Strong business sense and product intuition
•Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
•Strong applied statistics background
•Expert proficiency in SQL and Python
•Excellent communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders
•Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
•Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar
•Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic
