Задачи
•Work with internal customers and gameplay development stakeholders to translate business requirements into BI and research reports for senior management and product teams
•Identify development teams' key needs and growth areas, and determine how data can improve decision-making
•Define formats and provide decision-support outputs, including dashboards and ad hoc reports
•Determine key metrics for new functionality and define tracking strategies
•Consult users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues when necessary
•Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools when necessary
Требования
•3+ Years of experience in a similar position
•Broad gaming background and experience as a player
•Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries
•Data visualization skills and proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau
•Good knowledge of mathematics and statistics
•Knowledge of popular Python libraries for data processing and analysis
•Experience working with DWH and an overall understanding of DWH design and operations
•Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher

•2+ years of game development experience and understanding of game production processes and needs
•Experience with Wargaming games
•Understanding of multiplatform game analysis across PC, mobile, and console
