Задачи
•Develop and improve the existing analytics environment using ClickHouse and dbt
•Review and optimize aggregation and metric logic, particularly for customer health and churn
•Translate business requirements and KPIs into reliable data models and analytics solutions
•Investigate data inconsistencies and improve data quality within the warehouse
•Build and maintain dbt transformations, models, and metric definitions
•Collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders
•Ensure analytics outputs reflect business impact and commercial needs
•Collaborate with and provide technical support to a junior analyst
•Improve documentation for data flows, transformations, and metric logic
Требования
•Strong hands-on experience with ClickHouse in production analytics environments
•Strong experience with dbt, including data transformation and modeling
•Solid experience in business analytics, data analytics, or data warehousing
•Experience owning KPIs, metrics, aggregation logic, and data models
•Strong SQL and analytical skills
•Ability to investigate data inconsistencies and improve data reliability
•Ability to translate business questions into practical data solutions
•Excellent communication skills and confidence working with non-technical stakeholders
•Business-first and commercial mindset
•Availability within CET ±2 hours
Nice to have: Experience with PostHog, Metabase, designing or improving customer health scores, churn models, or customer-risk metrics, startup or scale-up experience, experience in fast-moving and resource-constrained environments, exposure to self-hosted analytics infrastructure on AWS, experience supporting or mentoring junior analysts.
