Responsibilities
•Consult customers on questions related to the company's websites
•Respond to customer requests promptly and effectively
•Resolve customer issues to support retention
•Promote the websites to customers when opportunities arise
•Maintain a high level of service quality
Requirements
•Fluent English
•Experience working with international customers
•Fast typing skills in English
•Ability to learn quickly and absorb large volumes of information
•Ability to analyze people psychologically and be sensitive to their emotions
•Ability to navigate difficult situations and adapt to changing circumstances
•Ability to provide professional solutions to complicated cases
•Stress resistance, energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude
•Ability to provide outstanding service quality

Conditions
•Day shift from 11 am to 8 pm UTC+0, with Wednesday and Thursday off
•The initial pay level or range will be shared during recruitment and before employment begins
•28 calendar days of vacation per year
