International automotive company GAC is looking for a CRM Analyst for the Marketing Division.
CRM Analyst will be responsible for:
•Development of LMS business process.
•Investigation of competitors.
•Identification of current issues and gaps & countermeasures.
•Benchmarking.
•Investigation of marketing funnel.
•Investigation of sales funnel.
•Deep investigation of DNM tool.
•Deep investigation of media tool.
•Deep understanding of DNM dashboard.
•Communication with key stakeholders.
•Scaling business process to DLR network.
•New dealers training.
•Weekly monitoring of DLRs KPIs.
•Work with weak dealers.
•Collaborate with media agency on CDP development.
Requirements:
•Higher education (IT is preferred).
•At least 1 year of working experience in an automotive, banks, audit, financial, retail and other companies as an analyst.
•Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel with macros and SQL; Power BI and other analytical tools.
•English level at least B2 - for everyday communication and reporting.
•Strong analytical skills, communication skills, high level of responsibility, good presentation skills.
