Responsibilities
•Segment users based on their behavior
•Coordinate with the Products Department to send offers to users and credit them with suitable bonuses
•Monitor existing offers and promotions, and users' fulfillment of offer terms
•Prepare and submit reports at the manager's request, within the specified deadlines
•Plan various promotions together with the Marketing and Products departments and provide feedback on the results
Requirements
•Advanced knowledge of Power BI
•Advanced knowledge of Excel
•Knowledge of Python, including experience working with the requests and pandas libraries
•Practical knowledge of multilevel SQL logic, functions, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations
•Analytical skills and the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships
•A culture of working with data, accuracy, and the ability to identify your own and others' mistakes
Nice to have
•A university degree or being a student in the final year of a mathematics, business, statistics, or economics program is preferred
•One year of experience in a similar field is preferred
