Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines: Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Supervise the unit's operations by organizing the plant's activity and workflow, and ensure the interface with other teams (Industrial / Maintenance, SIO Center, Business Developer...).
Main responsibilities
1.Ensure production volume and quality
2.Improve site performance
3.Guarantee plant reliability
4.Coordinate with other teams (maintenance, SIO...)
5.Supervise and evaluate technicians' performance
Distinguishing criteria
•Team management: fewer than 10 people supervised
•Scope: one unit supervised
Are you a MATCH?
•Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent technical diploma
•At least 3 years of experience
•Technical and operational understanding of Air Liquide's operating processes / ability to read key operating documents and solve production problems
