We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage end-to-end Continuous Improvement projects, focusing on process optimization and operational efficiency.
•Identify improvement opportunities and drive the implementation of Lean principles across operational teams.
•Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance performance.
•Drive process transformation initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable results.
•Collaborate with stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
•Deliver projects and communicate results effectively in an English-speaking environment.
Requirements:
•Over 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization or Operational Excellence.
•Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
•Proven track record of independently managing and delivering end-to-end process improvement projects.
•Solid knowledge and practical experience in applying Lean principles and methodologies within operational environments.
•Proven experience in delivering projects in English.
•Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
•Experience and knowledge of banking processes will be considered a plus.
Conditions:
•Gross annual salary between €31,000 and €45,000, defined according to the candidate's experience and competencies.
