# About Innovamat 🚀
We are an education company that transforms math teaching for children and young people aged 3 to 16, with competency-based and personalized learning. We are growing fast in Brazil and are looking for someone to make this growth happen inside schools in Rio.
Your Challenge
Support schools and school networks in the implementation of the Innovamat program. You will combine a pedagogical perspective with project management to generate real learning results and long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do 🌎
•Follow the implementation of the program in schools and networks, end to end: planning, execution, monitoring and results
•Be a reference for school managers, pedagogical coordinators and education departments
•Turn each implementation into a clear plan, with goals, indicators and monitoring
•Support school teams to ensure the pedagogical proposal reaches the classroom with quality
•Structure and improve processes using data, spreadsheets and AI tools
•Manage a portfolio of partner schools, driving renewals and expansions
•Work closely with Innovamat's pedagogical team
What We Look For 🔎
We value different backgrounds. You may come from:
•Consulting or pedagogical support: teacher training, pedagogical coordination, advisory to schools or networks
•Implementation of educational projects: programs, teaching materials, platforms or educational policies in schools
•Project or operations management: preferably with interest or experience in education

•Organization and structured thinking to follow several schools at the same time
•Ease with spreadsheets, data and digital tools
•Great communication and ability to build relationships with managers and school teams
•Autonomy and focus on results
•Comfort with a fast pace and change
•Availability for travel

Nice to Have
•Degree in Pedagogy, Teaching Licenses (Mathematics or others), Education, Administration, Engineering or related fields
•Experience with public school networks and education departments
•Experience in EdTech, publishers or educational solutions companies
•Experience in team leadership or coordination
