About the Role
🚨 is hiring a Compliance Technology Consultant (Senior Associate / Manager), remote across the US and Canada.
Most AML programs break in the plumbing. Thresholds nobody has tested in years, screening logic that buries analysts in false positives, and data that doesn't map cleanly from the source to surveillance systems.
That's the work. At StrategyBRIX, you'll lead analytical and technical engagements for fintech, crypto, and payments clients, including:
•Tuning transaction monitoring models (thresholds, ATL/BTL testing, segmentation)
•Validating TM, sanctions screening, and customer risk rating models
•Reviewing data integrity, lineage, and end-to-end mapping
•Optimizing sanctions and PEP screening to reduce false positives
•Supporting system selection, implementation, and configuration
•Building detection scenarios, dashboards, and MI reporting
Requirements
You'll likely be a fit if you bring:
•4+ years in financial crime compliance
•A strong grasp of BSA/AML, OFAC, and model risk guidance (SR 26-2, NYDFS Part 504)
•Working SQL and Python
•Hands-on experience with tools like ComplyAdvantage, Hawk, Chainalysis, Elliptic, Unit21, or more
•Above all, you can turn a technical finding into a recommendation that a client or a regulator can act on
Nice to Have
CAMS/CFE, blockchain analytics implementation, or ML experience is a plus.
