Responsibilities
•Grow and develop the subreddit through content, conversations, and community building
•Talk to users and understand what makes them stay and participate
•Create content that people want to read and engage with
•Track sentiment and identify shifts in how the community talks about the company
•Moderate discussions and manage conflicts to maintain a healthy community
•Identify patterns in community feedback, test different approaches, and turn insights into action
Requirements
•Be genuinely active on Reddit and understand its culture, communities, and unwritten rules
•Be able to create engaging content
•Have strong analytical skills and understand community dynamics, track sentiment, and notice shifts in conversations
•Understand community health, engagement, moderation, and conflict management
•Identify patterns in feedback, experiment with approaches, and turn insights into action
•English C1+
Nice to have
•Experience as a community manager, in SMM, or as a moderator
•An active Reddit account with real history
•A background in tech, SaaS, or AI products
•Understanding of the GenAI landscape and its direction
