Задачи
•Lead overall accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
•Develop and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
•Manage and supervise accounting teams across payment, asset, general accounting, and tax functions.
•Ensure accounting operations support business scalability and operational efficiency.
•Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
•Review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting schedules.
•Ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting.
•Monitor financial data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
•Oversee tax filing, tax reporting, and compliance with local regulations across CIS countries.
•Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
•Ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
•Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations and assess operational impacts.
•Strengthen accounting controls and approval processes.
•Ensure segregation of duties and compliance with company financial policies.
•Identify accounting and operational risks and implement mitigation actions.
•Lead process improvement and accounting automation initiatives.
•Partner with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and external stakeholders.
•Support management decision-making through financial insights and accounting analysis.
•Act as the primary accounting contact for regional finance matters.
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
•Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
•Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
•Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
Будет плюсом:
•Chief Accountant certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
•Experience in multi-entity or regional operations is preferred.
•Good communication skills in English are preferred.
