Context
As part of digital transformation projects, we are looking for an IT / Digital Project Manager to support the development and deployment of innovative solutions within a banking environment.
Integrated into a cross-functional department specialized in application development, innovation, Data and Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for managing digital projects, from design through to production deployment.
You will work on a variety of projects: web application development, Artificial Intelligence solutions, Low-Code / No-Code platforms and websites.
Missions
Project management and steering
•Manage application development projects end-to-end, in compliance with costs, deadlines, quality and security requirements.
•Gather and analyze business and IT department needs.
•Organize and lead functional and technical specification workshops.
•Write specifications and ensure deliverable follow-up.
•Coordinate technical teams (developers, architects, Tech Leads) and external service providers.
•Oversee testing, acceptance and production deployment phases.
Cross-functional steering and PMO
•Monitor a portfolio of digital projects.
•Build and track roadmaps in collaboration with management.
•Prepare and lead steering committees.
•Identify risks, anticipate difficulties and propose action plans.
•Lead user communities and support solution adoption.
•Ensure reporting and communication with the various stakeholders.
Work environment
You will work within a dynamic banking environment, in a department dedicated to digital transformation, innovation and the development of IT solutions.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams composed of project managers, developers, Tech Leads and architects, split between Paris and Porto.
Projects rely on a varied technological environment, combining web and application development (Angular, React, Vue.js, Java, Spring Boot, Python, PHP), Microsoft solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform), Low-Code / No-Code, Artificial Intelligence and CMS (WordPress, SharePoint Online).
You will work in an Agile / Scrum framework, with steering tools such as Jira and Microsoft Planner, on projects with high stakes in quality, security and innovation.
Required profile
•Higher education in computer science or project management
•Minimum 3 years of experience in managing application and website development projects
•Solid experience in IT project management, particularly in an Agile / Scrum environment
•Proficiency in steering tools: Jira, Microsoft Planner
•Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and application architecture principles
•Knowledge of Front-End technologies: Angular, React, Vue.js
•Knowledge of Back-End technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Python, PHP
•Good command of the Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
•Knowledge of Low-Code / No-Code solutions and CMS, notably WordPress
•Ability to coordinate development teams and understand technical and security issues
•Fluent English, written and spoken
•First experience in software development (appreciated)
•Knowledge of prototyping and mockup design (appreciated)
•Sensitivity to Artificial Intelligence solutions and Vibe Coding (appreciated)
•Experience in project portfolio management and leading governance committees (appreciated)
